2002 ds v glide help
hello, i have a 2002 v glide cart that i replaced the batteries in when i bought it.it had three twelve volt marine batteries in it and i bought six six volt batteries to put in it.i put the batteries in and wired everything according to the wiring diagram.we drove the cart for about an hour without any problems at all .the next morning we get on the cart and drive it and within ten minutes the v glide switch is melted from extreme heat.im not sure what im missing .a little help would be lovely.

Did you charge the new batteries before you used them the first time?
Also, did you charge the batteries, after that day you drove the cart for the hour? What I am asking, did you charge the batteries in between , before the day the melt down? Also, can you post a picture of the battery wiring? |
