Default Cart won't move ??

I have a 2010 CC Precedent Excel. I sent my motor to the boys at Plum Quik and the built me the Bandit. I told them I needed a 500 amp controller and they sent me the 500a Curtis controller and said it would work. Everything worked fine before the install, I did everything the directions said to a 'T', now the cart won't go forward or reverse. Any ideas why?

Did the new 500 amp Curtis controller fit in the same mounting plate that the original 250amp did?

It didn't fit where the old controller was, I had to move it to the back of the compartment.
The fix was a wire uplugged, the directions it came with showed the wire unplugged though. ?

It doesn't have as much torque as I thought it would though.

Wait until you get a heavy load on the cart, that's where it will be noticeable.
