Default 2006 cc gas will not start

I just recently bought a used 2006 cc gas golf cart and got it home and pressure washed the motor and cart. Put it in Maintenance mode and turned it over. It started up fine and let it run for a little while and let off the pedal and tried to start it again and it will not start. The solenoid is clicking and I took my volt meter and put my Red Probe + on the big post of the solenoid that is going to the battery it read 12.5. Then I put it on the big post with the big white wire going to the starter it was reading .03. Pushed the pedal down and it was reading 12.3. I tested the small wires on the solenoid and the was reading 12.5. I even tried another solenoid out of my other 2000cc gas golf cart and it did the same just clicked... Can anyone help?

If you're getting power to the starter, but it isn't cranking then I'd be looking at the starter.

Take a leaf blower and blow out the whole engine bay... wait a day, and try it again!

Something got too wet!

I pulled the starter apart and It looks like the brushes are worn down and the inside of the starter was very dusty. I blew out the dust and waiting on a new brush kit. We will see if that works.
