all carts will spark a little if power is on
i think i understand what you are saying now

battery pack neg to charger receptical and controller (not seat controller )
also to B diode and reverse buzzer

Negative goes into the controller (metal box). It is shown in the original diagram. I tried to grab it to colorize the controller & main cables, but appearently i cant haz .png files.
