Default DPI gen III or IV?

I was thinking about buying a DPI charger and noticed they have a gen IV version. I the newer one that much better?

It has more bells and whistles and has some useful features that the G-III doesn't have, but unless you have need for the features, they don't charge the battery any more fully.

I'd probably buy a G-IV because I like some of the added features, but for most cart owners, the G-III is all that is needed.
