secondary clutch
when installing the spring, there are 4 slots numbered to insert the spring peg into, any suggestions for which is the best one to hook the spring too, only use this cart on golf course playing golf

I believe B2 or B3 are the factory settings. One side has 4 numbered holes, one side has 3 lettered holes A B C. This twists the spring and gives some preload to the clutch.

From the manual says hole 2 of the seat and hole B of the sheave
