Default Wiring questions

I have a 2009 EZGO RXV and I want to install a USB port on dash, turn signals, and horn. It has headlights and brake light , no turn signals.

First, can I install turn signal switch and horn with current wiring harness?

Second, is there 12v in dash for the USB port or do I need to go to the inverter?

I've made a custom wiring for all my street stuff (horn, lights, blinkers) so i don't know what is possible with the oem harness. But there is no 12v anywhere in the dash, you'll need to get it from a reducer (48/12v).

There isn't 12v in the dash. The best thing would be to install a 48v-12v reducer and run new wires under the floor to the dash. Most light kits have a harness includ, run that one. Easy to do once you have the floor taken up.
