Help with battery cable connections.
I have a 2015 EZGO Express S4 gas.
There are four battery cables. Two black, one of these being a heavier gauge. And one red wire and one braided silver wire. I put the two black wires on the negative terminal, and the red and braided silver on the positive terminal. Now it seems that the battery is not taking and keeping charge. What am I doing wrong? |

Re: Help with battery cable connections.
Think you got em backwards, the silver braided goes from negative post to ground, large black to positive,
not sure of the other two but guessing for an accessory, red (if it's a smaller wire) to positive and small black to negative.. |

Seems to have done the trick. The battery is keeping charge now. |
