Aaah. I'm not familiar with what goes on in the rear diff/governor, didn't know if it still would force throttle closed at higher speeds.

I see the leverage going on. Short cable travel, turned to longer throttle action, by dissimilar lengths.

There are return springs on the linkage and the throttle, I plan to add another for peace of mind.

Terry, I do not understand the governor either but I drive it with the cover off and it does not move, I do have some top speed issues but I think is is more that the carb.
