Default 1988 gas club car

1988 gas club car running very rich. Owner said they hit a big bump and after that cart started running bad. Suspect carb and need to know the float setting measurement. I have removed carb from engine. checked compression and got 90 psi so feel engine is okay.
Thanks for any help.
