Default G2 C54U and SW202 conversion speed

Anyone who’s switched to the C54U and Sw202 with an admiral A1 motor; What speeds were you getting on stock size wheels and tires? I’m getting about 13mph and wonder if that’s normal? If not how do I fix it? Thanks!
