Default G 16 A died, out of gas refueled hour later dead

Ran the kart out of gas, refueled, ran for about an hour now dead. During that hour occasionally had to pull choke out to keep it running.
New plug, fuel pump, and filter.
Cranks, won't fire. Spark appears weak, won't even fire on starting fluid
Suggestions?

Unplug plug at front of engine at bottom. Plug has black and blue wires. If you still have no spark with plug unhooked, you have a coil problem .
that part is called a TCI.

Ok currently I have spark though I think it might be weak spark. As I stated it doesn't even fire on starting fluid.
I will run your test, If I have spark with it unplugged where do I go next ?

Thank You

I have never seen a TCI with weak spark, they work, or they don't. I suppose you can change the coil, but it's not super fun for the noob. Whatever you do, don't buy any aftermarket TCI, they are garbage. The real one is something like $126.

If you ran it out of gas, then refueled and had to play with the choke to keep it running for the next hour until it wouldn't run anymore i'd bet you sucked up some dirt or water that was in the bottom of the gas tank until it gooped up the carb or fuel pump. I'd pull the carb and give it a good cleaning before buying any parts.

It's possible the TCI failed and it's pure coincidence it happened the same time you ran it out of gas, but i'd bet TCI is fine and you just sucked up some junk.

I already took the carb apart and cleaned it.
Replaced the fuel pump, new spark plug, new fuel filter.
That's what baffles me, it shows spark though not even getting a pop with staring fluid.

Check compression also.

Ok I unplugged the Blue/Black wire to the bottom of the motor and still HAVE spark
I stick my finger in the plug whole and you can feel it trying to pull it in and out, suggesting I have some compression and no hole in the piston.
I am going to put a compression tester on it tomorrow am, what should it carry ?

Another question as my primary knowledge with over head valve is the clone go kart motors, and they will not run if the valves are to loose or tight, is thatr vene possible on this ?
