I haven't yet. Did some searching through the service manual I have and I didn't find anything. I'm trying to find a full service manual for a 97 Transporter Limo since I have two of those with key start engines. If I can't find anything definitive there, I have to replace the relay in one of them so I'll try to do some testing on the VR while I'm at it.
