different G29's???
Hi guys. Gotta question for you Yamaha golf cart experts!!
I have always thought that G22's up to G29's gas engines to 2013 were the same. It appears that in 2014 they began putting Fuel injected carts into production. I also always thought that the engines were 11.4 horse power. All of them. However, I just bought a 2013 YDRAX4. There is a factory sticker right behind the seat that reads MAX POWER 8.9 HP (6.7kW). Why? There is only one engine produced for all of these carts, right? Why does it say that? Is that rating there due to the governor? And why is it called ydraX4? |
