E Z Go 1991 Gaser - Help
Hi all! This form has already been a big help already but I need more! I have just purchased a 1991 ezgo. What i know so far:
Engine - Robbins, 2 Stroke, 244 cc Removed engine, took off head, cylinder is slightly scared and piston is severly damaged. Going to rebuild and looking for help. Have purchased new pistons, rings, pin, connecting rod berring. Dont want to buy new cylinder because i think with a little honeing this one will be good. Need to know bore size, piston size? Any engine specs you can provide would be very helpful! Any tips on rebuilding greatly appreciated! Thanks to all! |

not to sure about the size, I just bought a complete kit with the jug and everything from carts parts plus for $347.00, and it took about 2 hours to rebuild
