Re: Noland Multi Passenger Carts
Pictures of the solenoid, I think.
And, for the paint job. My FIL wanted to go Cadillac, with gun metal paint. It didn't turn out as we expected, but still pretty happy with it. Turns plenty of heads, and seats us all, including the dogs. Pictures are before a much needed wash, lots of dust at the campground lately. Even has the charger built in to the cart itself. FIL built a wood box to cover it during driving. So, any ideas as to how to remedy this issue of skipping 1st gear? I don't know what electric motor is in there, the year of the cart, or anything about it. I think it was used at an amusment park/zoo. I do know that the batteries are BRAND NEW this spring. Reverse act the same as forward, second gear starting and all. |

Re: Noland Multi Passenger Carts
Well, if it is, I have yet to fun out of gas!
No, its electric, got good power too. Uphill progress is only halted by lack of weight and traction over the rear tires. Only downside to this bus is with a single person, the weight is all canterlevered over the front axle, putting "lift" on the rear. But, I would like to fix the first gear issue first. |

Re: Noland Multi Passenger Carts
bluecrew,
Can you tell me your experience with your cart? Did you find any info on them, manuals and such? We just picked on up and are in the beginning stages of working on it. Check it out here and anything you can add would be great. Thanks http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...ity-issue.html |
