What year is my club car
I have a gas club car with a fe290d engine that I got from a buddy. All the serial numbers are worn off Not sure why they arent stamped on instead of printed. can anyone tell me what year its is without the serial number

That is it then, definitely a gas DS between 92 and 97
 I dunno what year they started putting a backup id tag behind the dash panel but the orig. never "wears" off, if you know what I mean? |

Actually I know its all legal. I was with my buddy when he bought it at the local Harley Dealer. The problem is his kid would always put his foot there to hold himself up while driving it and it is actually worn off. Is there another one behind a panel somewhere. The tag on it now is just above and to the right of the accelerator. I am not sure why they wouldnt have stamped it on a panel instead of printing it.

can you call the place where you got it to see if they have it listed in thier records????if you need year for parts all 1992 thur 1996 1/2 will take the same parts................................

I am going to try that. He did by it 11 years ago so I am hoping they have a record of it. But thanks for the info. I was mostly concerend witht he 1996-1/2 thing I kept seeing. So you do feel comfortable that its before then
