Default Installing led lights and horn

I am rebuilding a 1985 club car ds (gas). We are installing the old style ahooga horn and some lights. We also want to add a cigarette lighter. The problem I am having is with grounding. I have a fuse bank but it is not ground able. I am wondering if I can run a battery cable fron the battery to the frame and the ground my lights and accessories to the frame. Will this work? I am starting to think I am in over my head. HELP!

Anywhere on the frame should be ground Vort. The battery negative goes there already. Just be sure to run your accessories through inline fuses.
