Rebuilding EZGO 2PG Motor
Is it worth rebuilding an old EZGO 2PG engine, needs the full rebuild for $300+
The cart already has a different motor: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/bike-...-marathon.html I have this motor torn almost all the way down, only the PTO crank bearings are still attached to the crank. So is this motor worth rebuilding or should I put it back together and try to sell as-is? |

Re: Rebuilding EZGO 2PG Motor
Is the rod bearing bad? If it isn't bad- and if you could have the cylinder bored by a local shop for $60 or so, you could likely rebuild it for less than $175.
I replaced my crank bearings (3pg) this week and it wasn't hard to do it without a press. |
