Default Let's see Home made fender flares

Anyone? I was thinking of making diamond plate flares, but may not be able to match the curvature of the G8 front cowl, so may not work. Lets see if anyone else has any ideas?

I am in the process of building a form to mold my own rear fender flares out of fiberglass for my G1. Nobody makes them for the G1. You can buy a set for a club car and put the front ones on but the rear won't fit without extensive rework and then don't look that good.

Im in the process of redoin my 1990 marithon and went with the flexiflares from Truck Customisers. They have several styles and sizes I chose the 2 1/2" wide Was like $50.00 with free shipping. enough to do all 4 wheelwells For the wider tires/spacers they have a 4 1/2" flare also. Hope this helps.

I'm going to watch this thread. I'm in need of some soon.

I'm actually thinking to build some for my cart out of aluminum. In the process of building a small metal brake to do the bends.
