Default club car lift

Can I get some ideas for lifting my golfcart? My idea behind this build is small budget. So how do you lift a club car without buying a premade kit? I want it to be solid, no loose steering. So give me some ideas. Preferably people who have done it.

Are you going to brace up that frame a little more where you cut it there in front? Looks like it would be pretty wobbly from here...
