Default 85 -36 volt ezgo going through solenoids

Replaced it with stock solenoid it welded and main coil was cherry hot replaced coil and solenoid with higher amp solenoid and same thing happened .. any ideas why this is happening ????

High amp draw exceeding the capacity of the solenoid.
Big tires? Big hills? Heavy loads?
Resistor coil cart?
Extended operation at slow speed?
Answer yes to any of the above questions could be the reason solenoid is welding shut.

campground cart , they could be "creeping " which conversion do you recomend? and what about the FR switch ? Yes resistor coil cart

For campground and neighborhood the best application is the C52 or C54 kit. Very flat campgrounds with hard (not loose or sandy) footing can use C42 package. Yes, a new HD F&R is highly recommended as well as a new complete set of battery cables.
