Lifted Club Car Leaf Spring Problems

I want to start of by saying that I will post pictures of the cart and my rear suspension down below. Alright so I have built a 2013 factory rebuilt club car DS into a monster which my friends and I call the Marauder(Named after the Marauder on Top Gear) anyways I have installed a Jakes Long Travel lift kit that I love and it has an Allsports rear lift to fit My 26 inch Carlisle HD Field Trax. The issue I am having is that I keep breaking rear leaf springs from what seems to be the immense axle wrap from the over-sized tires. I work at Peachtree City Golf Cars in and we sell a softer riding 3 leaf spring for club cars but I have broken three of them from just driving on our golf cart paths around town. So after all of that, what is the best option for me? Heavy duty leaf springs from club car? or should I three or four link the rear end and just continue to run leafs? I'm not sure what to do at this point so any ideas would be great!

In the pictures below you can see the broken leaf springs and the All Sports "control arm" of sorts that doesn't do much.

Try some HD springs. Make sure the axle is not twisting when taking off or braking. Good tight u bolts.

I don't understand how you're having axle wrap with the traction bars holding the axle stationary. It shouldn't be able to roll at all. Can you confirm that the springs are in fact wrapping? When they do, what does the traction bar do?

I doubt it's wrap. Mine is lifted and doesn't break springs and our lease is fairly rough.

Yeah that's my issue hahaha they have all snapped on the front side of the rear axle.

I can confirm that it has axle wrap because I have laid on the back while my friend punched it but I can not confirm that that is the reason they are breaking.

When you hit the brakes or stomp on the gas you can watch the Control arm move back and forth quite a bit.

Would it be practical to 4 link it? because I have no Idea how much that would cost.

Man, I have bent some rear springs but never snapped one like that. I have broken several fronts.

Have you only tried the one brand of springs?

Bring it to Augusta. We'll 4 link it. I've got a friend with a 4wd shop that does stuff like that every day.
