Yes they are but in a perfect world with nothing bent, the thread count should be even on both sides. After it's tampered with you don't know whether one side was brought in to fix the problem or the other side was brought out to fix the problem. At this point I would do a wheel alignment to achieve 1/8" toe in with both sides equally adjusted. Maybe there's nothing bent? Is it possible that at some point the front end was worked on by someone who didn't know how to line up the front end? I see it all the time.
