93 36 volt ezgo
Ok guys working out the bugs on 93 36v ezgo. Has batteries from 2011 and was told they still had 68-70% efficiency? worked great for a few weeks, now its starting to surge? If you push the throttle half way it wants to die then a little more it will take off the some more die and if u floor it it will go but dosent seem to be as fast as it was. Does it sound like the potentiometer? someone told me it might not be adjusted right. can they get out of adjustment? I put a brand new set of batteries in it and its doing the same thing. What else can I check?

Re: 93 36 volt ezgo
Sounds like a dirty pot to me. Pull the pot signal wires off controller pins #2 & 3. Plug yor ohm meter in and work the pedal like your driving... If the signal is inconsistent then that explains the carts poor performance.

Re: 93 36 volt ezgo
Yeah I seen a reply you gave a guy from 2012. So i checked the black and white wires where they go to the controller. I get nothing until the pedal is half way then it climbs to 7800? at full pedal. and about 2800 in reverse.
ill go check again. I didnt hear any click from a selonoid. |
