G1 magneto parts?
Hi Guys. I'm new here so bear with me. We have an 84 G1 that we have converted into a pit wagon for our race team. Quite the work horse this thing. Recently we had the source coil in the mag go bad. Sometime it gets proper ohm resistance and it runs. Then the resistance will be o and it doesn't run. Found the source coil is bad. Any thoughts on where i might find one of these, new or used. Seems yamaha no longer makes this part. Love the pic of the lifted carts by the way! you guys are very creative.

looked at the link you sent me, pulsar coils and ign. coils, but no source coils. Thanks for your time though, i appreciate it. also looked at ebay, nothing there either. Was hoping someone would have a running engine or a magneto i could buy. Not looking good.

Make shure to "mark" the timing plate before disassembly!

hey small block! got my cart running today. Thanks tons! runs like a clock. Now I am going to try and find a pulsar coil as a spare. Thanks again!
