Default club car ds 6 inch madjax lift kit is not stable at higher speeds

My 2003
ds wants to wander left to right at higher speeds. Camber is good. Is the rack & pinnon a possibility or could I have a bad tire ? Any suggestions. Runs smooth at slower speeds, just when it goes top speed is when the movement starts. Could toe end make it wander like that.

The toe could be the situation...
Madjax suggests 1/8" to 1/4" toe OUT...
Most... if not ALL other lift kit manufacturers suggest 1/8" to 1/4" toe IN!

No harm in trying toe in... right?
(I just hope you don't have the problems that I did with that!)
