I think I read that the OBC resets itself after a few minutes of being disconnected from power.

Thanks a ton for your help so far. [emoji106]

Also check the wiring coming in from the charging receptacle.

Ok, I think we are running 2 different isues and need to focus on one.

Lets keep on the charging issue for now. Seems like you have checked the stuff on the cart, but did you check the fuse at the charging receptacle?

If your taking about the fuse behind the clear plastic window with the two black wires, yes. Looks good.

If you did, look here http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...eshooting.html and use those steps and lets see if its a charger issue or an OBC issue interfering with the charge sequence.

I'm saying this because even though we are focusing on the charging issue, there is something common I think with the driving issue and since the OBC locks out the carts solenoid to prevent movement while charging, and you here a click at the MCOR but not the solenoid, and the cart is not charging, I am wondering if it is the OBC causing both issues.

By you using those trouble shooting tips in the that link, we should be able to tell once you check the pack voltage coming into the relay or get closer to the root of the problem.

Right. Are you referring to taking the cover off of the charger and the pulling the wires off the relay and checking voltage after I plug the charger into the cart? If so, I'll try that next and report back.
