I have 37 volts on all pins except the bottom ones under the yellow white wire and yellow wire The two under those.

2002 Ezgo PDS not running
Okay cart has new batteries new solenoid and new controller. I keep buying stuff and it still will not run. Going broke on this cart.

Okay reed switch has full battery charge.
I feel like I've checked everything. Solenoid not clicking but I replaced it and replaced the controller. |

I have looked at it. Unsure what I'm suppose to have.
Switch Green wire on switch is B- and the red is B+ iTS White wire +14.3 V Black -38 v |
