Default G16 wheel bearing noise ?? intermitent

First cart, never worked on one :)
have an intermittent noise thats sounds like a bad bearing, gets loud,,then goes away at slower speed...sometimes at hi speed no noise.
governor has a tie wrap on it ( way i got it ) and the noise wont start until it gets up to speed,,can slow down and the noise goes away ?
i pulled a back wheel and no bearing to see ?
suggestions ?

tnx

It might be the secondary clutch / bushing / input shaft. I had a cart doing the same thing. Once I pulled the secondary, I saw the input shaft was worn badly, and there was a spot (at a certain speed) where the sheave would wobble terribly.

Does IPL stand for "Illustrated Parts List"? If so, try this dealer website. Click on OEM Parts Finder. Then use the dropdown boxes to find your cart and what parts you're looking for. It shows nice parts illustrations and includes part numbers, and prices.

I have no affiliation with this dealer, but I've used them a few times with good results.
