Anyone know where to get a CDI for 1991 keep in mind its a 3+1 plug and +another wire. Isnt there a john deer tractor that used this same coil/CDI ?thumbnail.jpg

You may have an older coil from a 1984-1989 Club Car in your '91. This may be what you're looking for:

I do believe that's the correct one. Found on about $30 less expensive though. Thanks a bunch.

Chances are that your cart may have had a motor transplant. Someone likely put an older KF82 motor (1984-1989) in your 1991 cart (along with all the ignition components). I was told by a cart mechanic a few years ago that the older coil setup is the better setup and that the 1990-91 coils have an internal rev limiter that doesn't work as well, especially for guys who want to get more power and speed out of their stock motor. So consider yourself lucky that your '91 has the older (better) ignition setup!

Very possible and probable. Got it from a swamp Cart guy about 6 yrs ago. Bought at scrap metal (aluminum) price and has been great so far.
