4 12volts will be slightly less 56 volts

You did need to look at why one was low. 3 years around me is not unusual for a failure

With a decent modern smart charger it would be 57.6v that's 2.4v/cell

Yeah I am using the Power Wise charger but I am talking to Scotty B about an OBC bypass and one of his Smart Chargers

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and advice. I talked to Scotty B and he pointed out that my cart is 13 years old so the OSB is probably the root cause. I was thinking of doing the OSB bypass and buy a smart charger so it looks like that is my next step. Thanks again.

An OBC does not effect only one battery. Its purpose is supplying the whole pack and controlling the charger. If there is a problem with one battery only, you need to look at determining and correcting that problem or your issue will still be there no matter what charger you use...

The batteries become unbalanced with uneven loads. You should try to get a charger that has an equalization mode.

Batteries become unbalanced for a reason, its finding that reason.
