I would suggest connecting the blue wire -48v to the B- terminal of the controller in lieu of pack negative on battery 6. By doing this the OBC accounts for voltage draw of the 12 volt accessories and your battery charger that communicates with the OBC will provide a proper charge.

No, follow the main battery pack negative wire from battery #6 that goes through the OBC and connects to the B- terminal on the controller. Connect it on that terminal on the controller on top of the pack negative wire. Probably a 5/16 " stud so you will need a compatible ring terminal.
