The solution to this problem is to equalize the batteries. If you have a PD3 charger: Once the charge has finished unplug the DC cord and within 5 secs plug it back in. This will put the charger in equalize mode and run the charge voltage up to 61-62 volts. (this is the only time that much voltage is good for your batteries) Do this once a month to keep your batteries healthy. Another option is a DPI Gen IV charger which does it automatically.
