Power Wise charger stopping too early
This is the first time I’ve ever had this problem in all the chargers I’ve worked on. It runs for about 30 minutes to an hour and then shuts off. It shuts off before the batteries are fully charged. My batteries are in good shape. Otherwise it seems to be charging fine. What could be wrong with it? Thanks.

Re: Power Wise charger stopping too early
2 things control the “final voltage.
The capacitor and the “circuit board” If you have a meter with “capacitance” testing.... Check the capacitor for the proper value (+ or-) stated on the side of the cap. The control board also could have failed. If the cap checked good, it is most likely the board. All the sponsors carry them Last edited by TexTurbo; 08-22-2018 at 01:41 PM.. Re: Power Wise charger stopping too early
Thanks. I suspected the bird but never thought the capacitor. I have a capacitance tester and will check it soon. Thank you!
