1999 fe290 float level ?
is there a spec for the float level 1999 fe290 ? also what about other carb spec's ?

Dunno exactly what the float level is. The float is plastic and it’s not adjustable.
Majority of the carb is not adjustable. The low speed mixture screw can be turned about 2/3 of a turn and that’s all there is other than the throttle stop. Throttle stop adjustment is like 1/2 turn from fully closed. The only thing these really affect is starting. |

Turn the carb upside down, the float shold be parralel to the body of carb, plastic float with metal hindge that you bend to adjust
