Is this a 1985 or 1986 Marathon?

Does it have a serial number/manufacture code tag on it anywhere?

I would assume either year would be the same for ordering parts, it looks like my 85 except for the rear fender flares but they could have been added as I did. Look for a tag on the passenger side footwell like the pic shown, if it's gone then another way you might tell is by the engine tag under the S/G as shown in the other pics. The first two numbers of 'Motor No.' are the year of the engine, Mine says 85. Good luck

I just noticed your windshield mounts are on the top of the hood rather than the sides, I'm thinking they moved them to the sides in 86.

So yeah, I'm on the definitely an 1985 side
