Only getting 13-14 volts on 2010 YDRE Yamaha
Solenoid is dropping out randomly, only getting around 14 volts at the small posts. I have narrowed down the negative side is the issue. Does this come out of the controller? Could be controller be bad?

The negative side is provided by the controller, and it could be a bad controller.
