Default Charge receptacle fuse keeps blowing

97 txt changed out the fuse .Reverse buzzer now works and I have packed voltage to the first switch at the FnR the minute you depress the throttle it blows the fuse? ANY SUGGESTIONS?

The object in the charge receptacle of a 97 TXT is a reed switch, which is a high failure item and often bypassed.

The reason it is being taken out is probable the diode across the solenoid's small terminals is installed backwards.

Replaced the Diode , pre-charge resistor and solenoid still same result blown I made up a mock fuse holder with two female spade terminals still blowing the fuse when pedal is depressed ... looks like the terminal that goes back to the motor from the F& R switch has melted not sure if its from now of previous owner could the motor be shorted and blowing the fuse thing is I never get to hear if the solenoid is clicking because the fuse blows so fast ,,

Try it without the diode and resistor installed on solenoid.

If the fuse that is blowing is in the red wire that goes across the cart to the charge receptacle, then a shorted motor (or anything else shorted in the high current circuit highlighted on attached schematic) will blow it.
