Can anyone recommend a motor and controller upgrade? Or affordable rear gear

I am assuming you have a resistor cart, big coils under the seat behind batteries, is that correct?

For series carts speed comes from an increase in motor rpm, an increase in voltage, or taller gear ratio which comes from bigger tires or speed gears for your rear end. Need to see what type of drive system you have to determine the easiest or cheapest way to squeeze a few mph’s out of it. If you have the big resistor coils there’s no great way to get speed without opening your wallet up, but it’s fun to do!
