Default Club Car Curtis Handheld Adapter

Anyone know where I can get the Club Car diagnostic connector for the Curtis adapter side. I have the little stubby adapter cable like in the picture, but I would like to make a longer one. Is the round end "Deutsch"? I have dug around and can't find the correct one.

I am good with the Molex end. I already have that.

Any help appreciated.

That is a 4-pin XLR connector, You can get them from Amazon or any electronic parts store.

I wore out the internet looking for which connector it is, and to find out it is just a plain old 4 pin XLR! I am going to look, but I am sure I have a few in my electronics junk box.

The ATX extension is a great idea too!

As always, thanks for sharing the great knowledge. Dumb people like me appreciate it!

Buried is right. That thread is a like a romance novel for a nerd. I have read through it probably twice. I have the FTDI cable, Molex ends, and software but haven't made the time to try to make it all work. Great stuff right there. It's a shame Curtis locked it down on the new controllers.

As per your suggestion KGSC, I ordered a couple 2 foot long.
As cheap as they are I will just leave it plugged into the controller for carts that have a bad factory test port.

For a nerd? Ouch that hurt..

It definitely helped me figure it out.. OEM is pretty easy. Factory and Developer are a little harder but reachable.

Sorry. My intent was not to offend.... From one nerd to another!
You notice I said that I have read it probably twice, until my left eye started looking at my right eye, then I had to quit and go into soak in mode....

I want to make it work though. Real bad.
