2013 Precedent Alltrax 500 No Forward

I need help.

2013 Precedent with an Alltrax 500
-Installed new Alltrax 500 December 2019
-New batteries August 2019
-Cart ran fine when installed... barely used it in 2020 (maybe 2 miles)
-Upgraded B- & B+ and battery wiring to zero gauge
-The rest were increased to 4 gauge (F1 & F2)
-Upgraded solenoid
-Stock motor; running controller at 400 amp max
-All updates above were done in 2019

Couple weeks ago I moved it outside after a full charge. Went in reverse fine, but no forward.
-Checked the solenoid, pedal switch, pedal throttle position, power to motor, etc.
-Checked motor ohms, all in range (disconnected):
-A1 to A2 = .4 Ohms
-F1 to F2 = 1.8 Ohms
-A1 to F1 = Open
-F1 to motor case = 9.94 ohms

Alltrax lights and toolkit indicate a "Motor Field Failure" in forward.

All wires were tight and not in contact with others.

When I reversed F1 & F2, the cart will move forward, not reverse.

Any thoughts?

This is not right. Fix it and call Alltrax. They may replace the controller under warranty.

What should F1 to case be?

Everything I read says
"check f1 to casing of motor s/b > then 5 ohms"
