Default R/F Switch for 36V

Hi!

My 36V electric cart needs a new R/F switch, this is the current one:

Please don't look too close, i know, the cart was abused by the former owner. I'm in the process of rectifying that.

My question is, what switch do i need?
I did a quick search and found two different ones:
https://www.golfcartgarage.com/club-...handle-1983-5/

https://www.golfcartgarage.com/club-...ler-1990-1994/

My current one is the first, that much is clear.
Problem is, all stores in germany/EU only have the second one in stock.

I also found these:

Is it possible to use one of those?
They are (much) cheaper and have less moving parts that can fail.

Thanks again for your time and greetings from southern bavaria!
Markus

Markus, here's what I'm using on my '81 DS:

I'm sure more experienced members will have the correct solution for your issue.

Revolution Golf Cars ships international and has the correct switch you need. https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/p...ds-36v-1011997

You can email David and make sure it is the correct one.

To use the smaller rocker switch you would need to add an Sw202 reversing contactor to your cart, which would cost quite a bit more and will actually add MORE moving parts.

Of course, why would something in this world be easy once in a time?

Thanks for the answers!

Okay, one question :

Is there a place to purchase this brass Pin?

It's the only thing broken on the switch.
