Default 1981 ez - go no start

I have a 1981 ez - go with a robin engine, 2 - cycle model # ec25 - 2pg, 244cc. the motor cranks over but will not start. I have checked and found the motor has 135 psi compression, spark from the coil to the plug. fuel im not sure but have bypassed with electric fuel pump and still nothing. took motor out and found the front seal had fallen out. does this have anything to do with my no start?

Yes it does. The seals are necessary to create crankcase pressure to a) make the fuel pump work and b) move the gas oil mixture from the crankcase to the cylinder. You would probably be best off replacing both the seals and then reverting back to your original fuel pump.

mine has spark but the fuel just squirt when you press down the pedal and again when you let it go, while turning over engine the fuel does not come out, is it a pump?
