We are in the process of re-doing our site. It'll be down for a while probably.

Re: Option question CC Precedent 2006-11
Tahoe dawg, where you work? Is a 2008 precedent, 48 volt, a good first cart or is it going to be a nightmare? It's in good shape rides good. Tsa is still in business, give them a call, good people.

Re: Option question CC Precedent 2006-11
Hi
That's a good question but what l have been reading it seems that the 2008.5 and up is our best bet. Again any cart can be a nightmare unless it is maintained besides the batteries which only last 4 yrs at best. They will work beyond the 4 yrs but you would be on borrowed time. And with batteries buy cheap, get cheap. I firmly believe a first cart should only be bought from a reputable dealer. The Club Car is the best so you really can't go wrong. Good Luck Alan |

Re: Option question CC Precedent 2006-11
As long as it's got 8 Volt batteries in it, it has the potential to be as good or better than any other option out there. Definitely not a nightmare.

Re: Option question CC Precedent 2006-11
I'll check the batteries when I look at it again, do all precedents have the potential to increase the speed easily ? Via cc chip upgrade or getting some to adjust the settings

Re: Option question CC Precedent 2006-11
Yes they do. You can increase to speed setting 4 to achieve around 19 MPH with a speed program from a dealer.

Re: Option question CC Precedent 2006-11
Cart I looked at is an 07 precedent with 4 12 volts? How do these hold up?
Can you help with setting the chip to 4? |
