Default Installing lights on a 48v Precedent..

I just recieved a headlight & taillight kit, and I am trying to install it on my 2007 48v precedent.
I have installed the headlight and taillights (easy), but the wiring at the dash worries me.
The harness has unused plugs and wires on it, and the instructions mention a 12v reducer...
Any you tube tutorials, etc just show: hooking up the fused blue wire in the battery compartment, and connecting the wires under the dash.. Do I need a 12v reducer with this kit?
Look at the picture and see the unused wires.. (the light switch is in the picture too..) I have already plugged in the headlights, and connected the main wiring harness. This is a third plug on the supplied harness.

I figured it out. the green & orange wires are for the front signal lights, and tyhe rest must be for a horn, etc...
