Thanks fellas I appreciate all your help i figured it out. It was a bad wire from S2 to B did not see it because it was in the middle where the loop holder is for the wires replace the wire and off to the races I went. Once again thanks for all the help

Glad to hear you found it.

The loop holder on the passenger side rear of the battery rack? Yes, that is a trouble spot. Lucky it was a series cart, in a PDS that can short the controller out.

Sounds like you've got a bad or disconnected wire between Pin-2 and ITS sensor in pedal box.

Voltage on Pin-2 should be 9.0V to 11.5V with everything connected and pedal press until solenoid clicks.
With 4 pin plug at ITS box disconnected, Pin-2 at controller should read 13.0V to 15.5V.
14.5V falls within the disconnected range.

The voltage on controller Pin-1 should read 0.4V to 0.6V when the solenoid clicks and from 1.5V to 1.7V when the pedal is floored.
