I just finished the HD springs install this morning. Much much much better.... No bottoming out and quite honestly, the stiffer ride makes it handle tons better.

Scruff,

Would it be possible for you to check the thickness on the original equip and the HD Leaf Springs?

I think the only difference is the thickness of the spring. I want to verify that I don't already have HD Springs installed. The lift kit and rear seat was installed when I bought my cart.

The old ones were 1/4 inch, the new ones maybe a 1/16 bigger but much heavier. These measurements were taken from the ends... The middle is thicker on both where the plates mount up.
