If your DVM only defines the individual battery voltages down to 0.1V, it could be rounding errors, but all six measurement would have to be rounding down. Seeing the total pack voltage slightly less then the sum of the individual battery voltages is more typical.

18 x 8.5 - 8 is a typical stock tire size. Of course the size stamped on the sidewall and the mounted tire size might be a bit different.
IE: The mounted height of a 18X8.5-8 Carlise Links tire is 17.4" while the mounted height of a 18X8.5-8 Carlisle Truf Master is 18.3"
