I'm terrified to add it all up. $400 or so for the cart, just over $1k in electronics from scottie, etc... I can justify it to my other half by telling her a new stock cart is around $6k.

Used G2 800.
lift kit tires and wheels 800.
lights 80.
steering wheel 65.
winch HF 60.
rear springs 30

total $1835

Now I need the big block clone probably another 800.00 when its said and done. Could have bought a RZR for $13000.00 hummm cheaper and more fun to build yourself.

And a chunk of the cost of yours was due to having to replace a motor and controller. Ignoring those costs, y'all are in the same ballpark.

I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who uses the excuse of "a new cart would be $6000-7500 plus MORE money to add the accessories"

I was thinking that by the time I finish and I have $6000-6500 in it that I would be way over what I should but after seeing everyone else it makes me feel more comfortable about where I will be.

Heavy duty rear springs $100.00
LED light kit $180.00
Other electronics (amp, speakers, amber strobe lights, 48 to 12v transformer, wiring, fuse block) $100.00
Wheel tire combo $450.00
